1. About IrishWeds

IrishWeds is a wedding directory, planning, editorial, and vendor-promotion service for couples and wedding suppliers in Ireland. These terms apply when you use the IrishWeds website, submit content, create a vendor account, purchase a vendor listing, or use an IrishWeds-hosted vendor website.

2. Vendor listings and approval

Vendor listings are curated. Payment does not guarantee publication, ranking, endorsement, or a specific placement. IrishWeds may review, edit, refuse, suspend, or remove listings where needed to protect the quality of the directory, the user experience, or the IrishWeds brand.

3. Payments and upgrades

Vendor payments are processed through Stripe. Paid features may include directory listings, hosted vendor websites, subdomain changes, and custom-domain setup. Some add-ons require manual configuration and may take up to 48 hours after payment confirmation unless we tell you otherwise.

4. Hosted vendor websites

Hosted vendor websites are IrishWeds-powered pages or subdomains configured from the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your business information, images, links, and claims are accurate and that you have permission to use submitted assets.

5. User accounts

Vendor account access is intended only for the vendor or authorised representatives of that business. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for notifying us if you believe account access has been compromised.

6. Content submissions

When you submit wedding stories, photographs, written material, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to submit it. Submission does not guarantee publication. Additional submission licence terms may apply to editorial and photo submissions.

7. Couples and enquiries

IrishWeds helps couples discover vendors and planning information. We do not guarantee vendor availability, pricing, performance, suitability, or the outcome of any enquiry, booking, contract, or event.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse IrishWeds, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, submit unlawful or misleading content, interfere with service operation, or use the platform in a way that damages IrishWeds, couples, vendors, or third parties.

9. Changes and availability

IrishWeds may change features, pricing, templates, editorial standards, routes, or availability over time. We aim to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
